My World III

I WROTE A STORY!

One of the things that I like do is write short stories, about everything. This one I had wrote for Spanish Class but now I translated in english. I hope you enjoy!

In 1899 we learned to dominate the darkness, but not the heat of Texas. We woke up at night, hours before sunrise, when barely was a indigo stain in the eastern sky and the rest of the horizon follow black as coal. Turned on the candles of the large corridor and we left to the big garden.

Mike and me, lay down in the grass on a blue blanket and we looked at the shine stars that was still in the sky. Remembering every hard moment of the 24th of July of the past year. Yes, it passed one year of the dead of my young husband, Arthur Ross. He only was 35 when he died, one day hot and suffocating like this.

Mike, at 7 years old, cried a lot by loss of his dad. So disconsolately that I only heard his moan. What's more, me -Elizabeth Ross-, I didn't cry. I was just analyzing the tiny stars of the sky and hugged my sweet son.

That day, Arthur and I had a birthday of 15th years of marry. I miss him a lot, I still lend him one gap in the bed. His gap: the left of the bed, for protect me.

We felt a lot his absence... above everything Mike, that every night come to awoke me, because he said that he can not sleep. I didn't know how to follow forwards. Every day I asked me what he would have done in my place, but I didn't know the answer. Arthur was an unpredictable and brave man. I am not brave. Every day I thought that I will quit, until Mike looked my eyes and said me "Dad will stay whenever in our heart. I don't like see you like this, mom."

In that moment I realized that Mike was Arthur, but in other body, in Mike. I felt very proud of my little hero.

PIT & PENDULUM

The pit and pendulum is a macabre story by Edgar Allan Poe. The story is about a prisoner man that was locked up in a cell with no exit. The cell was empty, only had an infinite pit. One day he woke up tied to a table. While the mice ate meat, a pendulum of the ceiling started to fall slowly. The man thought that he will die but he got an idea: he put meat in the rope to the mice. The mice began to eat the meat of the rope while the pendulum descend. He could escape but he almost died.

DYLAN O'BRIEN

Dylan O'Brien is an american actor borned in New York. He's actually 24 and he is in a relationship with Britt Robertson. They met in the film "The First Time".
When he was 12, began to upload comedy videos at You Tube until he entered in the world of cinema.
Dylan played as Stiles Stilinski in Teen Wolf (2011-actually), my favourite serie at now. Is about a boy, Tyler Posey, that was bitten by a werewolf. Tyler Posey is his best friend since 2011.

THE HUNGER GAMES

The Hunger Games is a novel written by Suzanne Collins. Consist in a trilogy of books: The Hunger Games, Catching Fire and Mockingjay. The last is divided in two parts.
Is about a girl, Katniss Everdeen, who offered herself voluntary for the 74’ Hunger Games instead of her sister Prim.
The Hunger Games is an event celebrated every year in Panem that consist in a fight to the death of a boy and a girl of each district (in total, 13 districts) while they are observed by The National Television.
In this event only one can win, the rest have to die, but Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark win the 74’ Hunger Games because her love. They belong to the District 12.
The Capitol tries to get rid of Katniss in an especial edition for the 75’ Hunger Games, where she and Peeta have to compete again with the winners of the other districts. Finally start a war where Katniss and the districts reveal against the Capitol.

The Hunger Games is the best film I saw, as The Maze Runner and Divergent. You can see that I love the dystopias. I think reality outpace the science fiction and I'm scared for that. If will happen I don't know what I will had to do.
Talking about cinematography, the second part of Mockingjay will release this 27th of November in Spain. I can't wait!

The story of the Tell-Tale Heart is about an old man that had a white eye. The man who lived with him was very irritated because of his eye. One night this man murdered the old man and he buried him inside the floor of his bedroom. The police officers came and the man said that the old man was out, in the city, and he invited they to pass. He prepared tea and a cup fell on the floor. His mind listened the heartbeats of the old man that was died. The man was frustrated and he said to the police that he murdered the old man.

The Scariest Movie For Me

UNFRIENDED

Laura Barns decided to commit suicide herself because her friends uploaded a video in YouTube where she was drunk. Exactly one year after, her friends (Blaire, Mitch, Jess, Adam, Val and Ken) was connect at Skype for chat when a seventh person was connect too. All of they tried to eliminate him and they cann't. They thought that this person was Laura Barns. She tried to terrorize them, reveling secrets about the last year and said that one of they will die if disconnected. All of they died.

I don't think that this movie had a best moment because everything is so traumatizing, seriously.

The horror elements that I found in this film are:

My Multiple Intelligence:

Acording the test: www.bgfl.org/multipleintelligences, I'm very good at interpersonal (People Smart) because I have a lot of empathy with people. I'm also very good at kinaesthetic (Body Smart), well, I'm quite active, but not so much.
I'm very visual/spatial (Picture Smart) because I'm really good at drawing. I'm also too good at intrapersonal (Myself Smart) because I know myself.
I'm good at logical (Number Smart) because I love maths and I understand it well. I know enough about naturalistic (Nature Smart).
I'm very bad at linguistic (Word Smart) and at musical (Music Smart).

I'm agreeing with the test, but I think I'm better at logical, naturalistic and linguistic. And I think I'm worst at kinaesthetic and visual/spatial.

My Hero

My hero is my grandmother. Her name is Ana. She was born in Crasna, a city in northwest of Romania the 11 of June of 1939, so she's 76 years old. When she was 4, she lived the 2^nd World War. She was refugees in the outside of the village with the rest of residents. She only had four years of school. When she was little, her dream was be a nurse.

She get married with Ioan when she was 18. She was pregnant at 19 with Nico, then, born Ioan. After he had 3 years of life began to be very sick and he died, at 21 years old. When my grandma had 39, born my mother, Mihaela. My grandma says me that she was a mistake but she’s proud of her. When my mom had 9 years old, her dad died by an accident at work.

My grandma had to play the role of mother and father so that nothing was missing at home. She’s very brave and courageous. Very strong and just. She’s very hard-working and she always followed forwards in spite of the obstacles. She pas for a lot of losses and she still goes on. She is my motivation in life. She is my hero.

Animal In Me

I'm a fab sheep!

Acording the test http://animalinyou.com, I'm a sheep. The scientific name is ovis aries and the collective term is flock of sheep.

I'm disagree with the characteristics. I'm not conservative because I tell every secret I have. Seriously: I'm the most unpunctual person of the world. I'm not a boring person! I'm very funny and outgoing. But is true that I'm servile and supportive. Everyone can trust in me.

I'm totally disagree with the careers and hobbies. I don't want to be a secretary or an accountant or a collection agent. I want to be a scienttific, a pharmaceutical or an engineer.

I think that the sheep can be like me but the test is not right. In my case it hasn't had success.

My Biggest Dream

My biggest dream is travel to New Zealand.

New Zealand is the best place of the world because you can see the Aurora Borealis (another of my dreams) and you can do many things, like take risks.

I can't die without visiting New Zealand. When I will be there I will go on a hot air balloon to see the spectacular landscape and I will do skydiving too. The landscape is "wow", the nature is everywhere.

To put in practice this trip I need too much money because New Zealand is on the other side of the world. Is not hard to do it, but I need to be clever, courageous, brave and enthusiastic; I am.

I’ve never travelled alone; this would be the first time. I hope I will get it.
